USING doTERRA ESSENTIAL OILS
Discover how essential oils can support your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. You'll learn how to mindfully add these beautiful plants into your own daily routine for radiant health. Knowing that when you combine natures gifts and mindfulness into everyday moments you are creating rituals for true radiance.
The workshop will consist of a brief mediation, introductory talk covering what essential oils are, how they work in the body, safe ways to use them, and general uses. The second hour you'll be able to create your own roller ball - an inspirational blend with a message about self love. We look forward to a lovely evening with you.

the essence of who they truly are. Utilizing the 7 chakras as a blueprint to explore ideas, experiences, feelings and emotions on a
physical, mental and emotional level that connect us to the wounds we have forgotten about or buried deep within. Providing tools
and techniques that regulate our emotions, relax the body and mind, strengthen our resilience and enhance our connection to the
present moment in a nonjudgemental way, by accepting what it is. Creating opportunities to express and connect authentically.

THREE PART JOURNALING WORKSHOP
Sunday afternoons- 10:30am-1pm
Join us with Chelsea Palermo
for a three week course that offers
a guided writing and healing process
to new and established writers.
We will explore what is means to create a practice, connect to self, and begin to understand what is essential to our unique voice and needs through expressive writing, meditation, and discussion. This course combines guided writing and exploration of self-care, cultivating a space to tend to ourselves, assessing the language we use in addressing the self, and techniques to move us through the challenges of self-love. Find your voice, learn to speak kindly and nurture yourself through the written word. No writing experience is necessary. Come to class with an open mind, and an open heart.
This is a foundational course for The Write Journey workshops.
Journals will be provided.
